The pen and the glass, at Le Bristol Paris

24 April 2015

Which wine goes perfectly with Amélie Notomb or Franz-Olivier Giesbert? Which estate would you match with Eric-Emmanuel Schmitt? What do you think of the accompanying Château Suduiraut with the writer Marc Dugain? By offering monthly evenings combining literature, wine and gastronomy, Le Bristol Paris is concocting unique pairings between the iconic worlds of French culture. This initiative is the brainchild of Marco Pelletier, Head Sommelier at the prestigious establishment.

Frédéric Beigbeder and Larcis Ducasse wines were showcased on 2 April when three-Michelin-starred chef Eric Frechon created a meal for the occasion around the Château Larcis Ducasse 1988 and 2009 vintages and the 2012 Murmure de Larcis Ducasse.
